The internet search giant reported the bonus amounts in a filing to the US Securities and Exchange Commission, noting the payments are “in recognition of [the executives’] contributions to performance in fiscal year 2012”.
David Drummond, chief legal officer, will receive a bonus of US$3.3 million, while Patrick Pichette, chief financial officer, and Nikesh Arora, chief business officer, will each receive payments of US$2.8 million.
Last year was the first in its 15-year history in which Google reported revenues in excess of US$50 billion, hitting US$50.2 billion by year end.
Chief executive officer Larry Page is not listed as set to receive a bonus in the filing.
The payments will be made on March 15.
