Here’s another offer for East African startups to make themselves seen. On Monday, 26th March, Kenyan accelerator 88mph will organize an informal Pitch Day at Startup Garage, and is inviting startups to sign up.

Attendance for pitching startups and by invitation only.
The selected startups will have a possibility to make a 60 sec elevator pitch to the mentors and representatives of 88mph.

According to Nikolai Barnwell, manager of 88mph, the fund is seeking to make more investments: “88mph has finally settled in our new offices at Startup Garage and we have finalized our 7th investment since August. We are now actively looking for our next batch."
And as Nikolai promises, the pitch event setting will be nothing less than casual: “we will have sushi and wine, as people relax and feel the heartbeat of East Africa's mobile/web possibilities.”
