The high-tech item, which allows hands-free video, picture taking and direction services, began at US$1,500 on Thursday, February 21, and reached US$16,000 on the online auction site before being taken down.
HumanIPO reported earlier this month the web giant was set to make 8,000 units available to “enthusiastic” American Google fans who are willing to pay US$1,500 for the first batch.
