An application will need to include an executive summary directed to the investors accompanied by a two-minute promotional video of their product or service.
The competition which offers prizes between US$2,000 and US$15,000 as well as an iPad is designed to help entrepreneurs through training and mentorship with peers, angel investors and venture capitalists. It also offers networking opportunities and seed funding.
The 90 quarter finalists videos selected from the applications will be posted online, when the public can then vote and then be reduced to 30 semi finalists who will be judged by experts in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in October 2013.
Tech-I is opened to participants until June 17.
