The report found a general satisfaction score of 76 out of 100, though Apple came out a clear winner with a satisfaction score of 83.4.
“It is not unexpected that Apple scored the highest customer satisfaction score considering that they did so in the US, UK and most recently in South Korea,” said Adré Schreuder, founder and chairman of Sacsi.
“The extremes of satisfaction between Apple and Blackberry show that Apple pulls the average up and Blackberry pulls it down,” the report said.
Samsung came in second with a score of 77.6, with Nokia scoring 76.8. BlackBerry meanwhile, fell below the average with 69.4.
“BlackBerry has had a rough time with its market share lately and the challenges it faces are reflected in its customers’ levels of satisfaction,” Schreuder said.
“Blackberry’s satisfaction score is influenced strongly by the fact that its customers show low levels of customer loyalty in the Sacsi model.”
