Omoniyi said it could also be used to learn customers’ reactions to new products and campaigns, while speaking at a forum in Lagos.
"Quality as we know is never an accident. It is always the result of strategic planning, conscious effort, and skillful execution. It represents the wise choice of many alternatives,” Omoniyi said.
“During such forum, brand owners are told the truth about how the public feels about their offerings and this will give them signal on either to improve on quality or consolidate on existing standard.”
He said his communication data company has been able to get prompt and unbiased feedback from members of the public through its Quality Management System that allows customers to evaluate the company’s qualitative changes service delivery, customer relationship and appearance.
