“This is a landmark project which tells the story of the birth of our South African democracy in a refreshing and remarkable way. If we look at how democracy is playing out in the world around us, this story is one that should be heard by all.
“As a proudly South African company, it is fitting that our DStv platform will be the first in the world to broadcast this story on History. We are pleased that through History, more than 300 million homes around the world will also get access to this story,” Patel added.
