Tigo Cash was crowned with three awards, namely Best Marketing Campaign of the Year, Best Mobile Money Service of the Year and Best Use of Social Media Marketing Campaign of the Year.

The Telecommunications Awards is aimed at the acknowledgement of Ghanaian telecom achievements by service providers and individuals since 2011.
