Celltick says it will implement the service through an interactive and engaging mobile medium, allowing subscribers to discover a large variety of services in a user-friendly manner. The service will be location-based and hopes to be non-intrusive to subscribers.
The platform will also provide coupon services to retailers for marketing purposes, content and service delivery as well as advertising deals. According to Celltick the service will major on two content themes, local commerce and high-value infotainment, including m-health and m-education services.
