Cell C today announced its Facebook account had been hacked.
“Our Facebook account was hacked into over the weekend. We sincerely apologise if you were offended by any messages on our page,” said Cell C in a message posted in their Facebook group.
Furthermore, Cell C advised their Facebook fans to contact them directly through Facebook messages should they require any additional information.
“We have taken the necessary steps to try and prevent this from happening in future,” added Cell C.
