Sulaiman Salim Al-Kaabi has been appointed as the acting chief executive officer of Canar, an Etisalat subsidiary in Sudan.
Etisalat said Al-Kaabi brings to the role 16 years of professional experience within Etisalat Group.
After graduating from Etisalat College of Engineering in 1998 where he obtained his Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Telecommunications, he joined the company, he has gotten extensive international experience serving in Etisalat Group’s operating companies in Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, and Tanzania.
His most recent appointment was as the Chief Operating Officer of the company’s operations in Cote d’Ivoire.
