Vodafone Ghana is losing its chief executive of three years, Kyle Whitehill, to affiliate company Vodafone Qatar.
A Vodafone statement said Whitehill had impressed while in Ghana, increasing its revenue, market share and profitability.
Sheikh Abdulrahman Bin Saud Al-Thani, chairman of Vodafone Qatar, said: “I and the entire Board of Vodafone Qatar are delighted to welcome Kyle and his family to Qatar. I am sure that Kyle’s deep experience in Enterprise and Fixed Line Services will ensure the continued success of Vodafone in Qatar.”
Thee handover between Whitehill and outgoing Vodafone Qatar chief executive Richard Daly will happen during the summer.
Vodafone Ghana has not announced a successor for Whitehill.
