Quirk’s educational arm, Quirk Education, will now undertake the merger to create a ready source of fresh talents for the digital media agency.
The company deals with advertising through CPCs (cost per click), PPCs (pay per click), email marketing, WebPR, affiliate marketing, viral campaigns and social media avenues for its clients. It has achieved a number of clients since its inception in 1999.
