Africa’s biggest digital agency merges with advertising college

Africa’s leading full-service digital solutions firm Quirk has merged with The Red & Yellow School of Logic & Magic, a premier advertising college in South Africa.

Quirk’s educational arm, Quirk Education, will now undertake the merger to create a ready source of fresh talents for the digital media agency.

The company deals with advertising through CPCs (cost per click), PPCs (pay per click), email marketing, WebPR, affiliate marketing, viral campaigns and social media avenues for its clients. It has achieved a number of clients since its inception in 1999.

“This watershed development for the academic sector and its many young bright minds will propel The Red & Yellow School into the forefront of the digital age,” the company said in a statement.

With the growth of the Web and with an increasing amount of time, the company said, money and attention is invested online, it is imperative that graduates are fully equipped to deal with the many evolving challenges of advertising in the 21st century.

This merger propels The Red & Yellow School of Logic & Magic as a premier destination for those intending to study digital advertising. Quirk will have numerous resources for the students including the famous eMarketing Textbook currently used in over 400 educational institutions worldwide.
