Egyptian IT firm egabi Solutions was one of the winners revealed yesterday at the Oracle Excellence Awards 2012 Specialized Partner of the Year – EMEA.
The Egyptian company was awarded the “Specialized Partner of the Year: Middleware” prize in recognition of its vast experience in the Banking, Telecommunications and Government sectors.
egabi has established itself as a preferred supplier for industry related solutions and cross industry technical infrastructure services. The award is also in recognition of their customer references in Oracle middleware.

The company was founded in 1999, under the name of BSD (Banking Systems Development), with focus on the banking Industry. In 2007, it evolved into egabi through some capital injection and management team expansion with the aim of realizing the growth potential of the company, its stakeholders, and the regional market in general.
egabi has succeeded in expanding its reach into projects and references in Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Algeria, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Jordan, Tanzania, Palestine, Kenya, and Egypt.

Oracle and IDC judges recognized partners who have demonstrated outstanding performance in Specialization and innovation of Oracle-based solutions and services, and have achieved strong customer success with Oracle technology, hardware, middleware and applications.
