“We function as an ‘external IT department’ using progressive technology to provide businesses with managed services, solutions and support to help their businesses start, run and grow successfully. Our new unified communications service, omniCLOUD, is one such enabler.
One of the great functionality with the product is that users can access the OmniCloud services from their smartphones whether Android powered or iPhone, PCs and Macs. This functionality allows managers to monitor mobile workforce through mobile devices.
The OmniCloud service will be powered by CommuniGate System Unified Communications Hosting Platform, which gives high quality hosting solutions.
Carlo Petrolo, South Europe, Middle East & Africa Manager for CommuniGate Systems also commented on how CommuniGate systems will enhance the new platform.
“More and more businesses are looking to the cloud as an alternative to hosting information systems themselves, thus enabling them to concentrate on their core business,” Petrolo said.
“Technologies like the CommuniGate Systems Unified Communications Hosting Platform allow service providers such as OutsourceIT to meet the communication and collaboration needs of these businesses, securely, affordably and effortlessly,” he concluded.
