“Ameyo brings an innovative approach and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) that simplifies communication processes, increases development & deployment speed, and provides flexibility while reducing IT costs,” Drishti reported.
“Contact centers and enterprises like any other customer facing business needs applications that add value to their service delivery besides enhancing the end productivity,” Mr. Alfred Mugo, Director Techno Brain, said.
He added: “Our intention is to create a symbiotic relationship where the end-users get to understand the benefits they can derive from quality CIM solutions like Ameyo. With a technology partner like Drishti, we aim at exploring this need to the fullest, and providing businesses in this geography with advanced, all-in-one communications solutions.”
Within the Kenyan vision of business and IT, the country wants to have major BPO outsourcing centres and compete with Asian countries such as India and Malaysia in outsourcing.
Kenya ICT Board boss Paul Kukubo told HumanIPO that the Konza Technocity will have major BPO centres that will open doors for young and learned citizens of Kenya to secure jobs.
Techno Brain is one of the leaders in ICT development in Kenya, and across Africa that operates “a vibrant outsourcing unit giving out BPO services such as customer care, finance and accounting, human resource, knowledge service and web services.”
