Prediqt to launch mobile survey app in 2013

Engagement solutions company Prediqt has revealed its 2013 mobile releases, which will enable easy access to survey results.

“We believe online surveys are just taking shape in Africa and especially East Africa and we want to place ourselves right at the top tier in provision of research services using technology,” Maurice Oduor, Director at Prediqt Solutions, said.

The startup, which launched their survey business earlier this year, is planning to launch a mobile app for panellists next year. This will give the online panel easy access to surveys. Alerts will also assist in optimum survey engagement.

The app will be part of the mobile data collection that will also be released next year. This will mean registered panellists will have access to data via smartphones and tablets. Alerts will be sent when any matches will coordinate with their profiles.

The field data collecting tool will enhance paperless surveys, making all data entries electronic.

According to Oduor, the greatest challenge the young company faces is capital access and appointing dedicated staff in the Sales and Marketing Department. Marketing and acquiring quality servers are also areas of development.

Discussions are ongoing with governments about employee Web surveys.

Prediqt aids organisations with the provision of research and IT services. Through eco-friendly online surveys, the practical deployment of information is made easy. Surveys are divided in the following focus categories: organisational, customer- and employee-related.

This solution does not only cut back on costs, but delivers fast results, direct responses, multimedia advantages, useful statistics and quality data. Reliable responses enables businesses to improve performance.

“The future is bright and we have to shove with big guys in the industry,” Oduor said.
