The Ministry of Information and Communication Technology (MICT) in Mauritius is inviting nominations for the 2012 ICT Excellence Awards, recognising outstanding use of ICT.
Winners will be announced at a gala dinner to be held on Friday, December 14.
The awards recognise the outstanding provisioning and the use of ICT within three categories, namely Public Sector Excellence, Private Sector Excellence, and Innovative ICT Solutions by individuals and organisations from both Government and the private sector operating in Mauritius.
In their second year, the ICT Excellence Awards are part of MICT’s drive to acknowledge the vital work and recognize the outstanding performance and exceptional contributions by innovators in the ICT community in Mauritius and organisations through the use of ICT tools and processes that have improved the efficiency and effectiveness of business and government service delivery, and impacted on the wider community.
Nominations close on Monday, December 10, and that should anyone be interested in nominating entries and queries can be mailed to them.
