Nokia has launched and introduced Lumia 920 and Lumia 820 smartphones in Ghana and is targeting the business community before Christmas.
The devices were launched in Accra and presented by James Rutherford, Nokia’s Vice President for West Africa.
James Rutherford said the new models were designed with businessmen and women in mind and added: “These are the best devices we have made in the smartphone category and we believe that this is going to be much appreciated by our customers. At Nokia, our focus is to bring the very best of technology to our customers who will aid, excite and benefit their work and social lives.
“With the groundbreaking technology incorporated in these devices, we are giving our consumers every reason to switch to Lumia.”
Nokia is offering both devices exclusively on Ghana’s widest network, MTN. In return, MTN is offering subscribers who purchase either (or both) devices 1GB data, 200 minutes and 400 SMS free each month for 3 months.
