Hewlett Packard (HP) South Africa has confirmed the permanent appointment of Keith Bothma as HP Networking BU and Sales Manager for the Enterprise Group, assuming these new roles with immediate effect.
Bothma had been as an interim in the role for the past two months.
Frank van Rees, Managing Director and Enterprise Group Lead for HP South Africa said: “Keith has been instrumental in successfully growing the Technology Services Sales and Consulting business for the last few years.
“His leadership and passion have contributed to him being promoted into a senior management position within the company. We wish him every success in his new role.”
Added to his responsibility to lead the HP Networking team, Bothma will be responsible for leading the Commercial and Public Sector sales team.
Bothma has had a successful career with HP South Africa and has more than 18 years experience in the ICT sector. He is an experienced sales manager with an extensive background in networking.
He has a strong understanding of the local ICT market and has excellent relationships with HP’s customers and channel partners. Bothma is a member of the EG management team and will report directly to van Rees.
