Tanzania’s small and medium enterprises (SMEs) have been urged to collaborate with ICT firms to enhance their service operations.

Speaking at the Bluekey SAP Business One Cloud launch, Mala Bhatt, managing director at Bluekey Software Solutions, said partnering with specialised firms will uplift business since the solution is configured to improve business management processes.

“Currently, businesses face challenges like growing  their revenue streams, maximizing return on investment while at the same time improving efficiency and leaving room for diversification,” the Daily News reports Bluekey director Francis Njiraini saying.

The One Cloud solution aims to satisfy a multitude of specific requirements that need to be met to ensure any company gains advantage by understanding markets better, since one is able to have real time information on markets allowing the firm to make fast and better informed decisions.

Embracing software solutions will have organisations pay for the services used, unlike the usual upfront payment, therefore working effectively with software and hardware provided as services designed to transform and streamline a company’s work procedures.

Businesses get to understand their market through real time on demand analysis, focusing on gross profit per customer as well as introducing new products.
