Nigeria’s small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are set to enjoy enhanced business productivity following an initiative by MTN Business dubbed MTN MyOffice that seeks to offer the businesses iPad 3, 3G Wireless Modems and a range of phones.
MTN MyOffice is MTN’s comprehensive ICT package specifically designed to meet peculiar needs of the Nigerian SME.
MTN Nigeria’s chief enterprise solutions officer Babatunde Osho said the MTN MyOffice is geared towards encouraging small and medium scale enterprises to avail themselves of the innovative ICT packages.
The businesses that sign up to the initiative and make purchase will get the items offered.
“The initiative combines necessary ICT solutions the businesses require to facilitate communication, collaboration and optimal business operations. This is a limited time offer SMEs need to take advantage of.” Added Osho.
Technology including Mobile services, the Internet, smarter devices and cloud computing services are now enabling businesses to be done in a cost effective manner.
MTN says that technology has made it possible to do business in a smarter yet cost efficient manner that was ever imagined, adding that mobile services, the Internet, smarter devices are now the cloud computing services – all make for a much more empowered growing business.
The MTN MyOffice package launched some weeks ago, includes Closed User Group Service (CUG), smartphones bundled with broadband Internet, fixed broadband Internet with free modem, desktop as a service, backup as a service, an array of Web/email hosting, domain name registration and Web development services.
