Samsung opens new customer service facility in Abuja

Samsung Electronics has opened a Customer Service Plaza (CSP) in Nigeria’s federal capital city of Abuja, equipped with waiting lounge, experiential points, children’s zone and dedicated service slot.

The Samsung Customer Service Plaza offers customers instant access to service, repairs and enquiries on Samsung’s full range of products such as mobile devices, audio-visual products and IT solutions.

The facility was commissioned by Dupe Atoki, director-general of the Consumer Protection Council of Nigeria (CPC) in the presence of Brovo Kim, managing director of Samsung Electronics West Africa.

Atoki expressed her admiration of the company’s leadership and customer care.

“Samsung has been doing a lot to improve the quality of its service delivery, bringing it nearer to consumers nationwide and should be encouraged and emulated. We are ready to partner any organisation who is committed to improving its service delivery to consumers. As you are aware, CPC have intensified awareness campaign to educate consumers on this aspect,” she said.
