SAP Africa has partnered with Kenyan IT firm Techno Brain to address the skills shortage in Africa through the introduction of SAP Education student training kits, e-learning programmes and a hybrid classroom instructor-based teaching model across the content over the next two years.
The inclusion of education and skills in Techno Brain’s expansion is designed to build its own workforce, enable business competitiveness and participation in the African economy and – in alignment with SAP Africa’s objectives – create centres of excellence.
SAP said Techno Brain’s reach and scope into Africa strengthens its partner skills building network on the continent, with Techno Brain present in Ethiopia, Burundi, Mauritius, Lesotho, Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, Nigeria, Rwanda, South Africa, South Sudan, Swaziland, Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
