Airtel Kenya has introduced a self-help PIN reset service allowing Airtel Money customers to reset their access PINs instantly from their handsets without having to contact the call centre.
To access the service customers will be required to register a secret password with Airtel Money in advance, which will be used to validate future PIN reset requests after dialling USSD code *222*9# and following the procedure.
Airtel Kenya managing director Adil El Youssefi said: “We are delighted to unveil this new service that will enhance the convenience of accessibility and superior experience for our Airtel Money subscribers.”
He gave his assurances Airtel Kenya will remain committed to continuous improvement of its service delivery through unique innovative solutions to the delight of its customers.
