Seedstars Lagos is to take place next week in partnership with the Co-Creation Hub, offering Nigerian startups less than two years old and with less than US$500,000 the chance to compete at the global competition.
The event takes place next Friday, June 6, with the winning startup to compete at the global finals in Geneva, Switzerland, which feature startups from other parts of the world.
The global startup competition is designed for fast-growing markets and emerging startup scenes that are known to have untapped opportunities and passionate entrepreneurs. Interested entrepreneurs must also make sure their projects meet additional requirements, which are availability of minimum viable product (MVP) and profitability.
The overall winner of the competition will receive an equity investment while the regional winners will meet and be exposed to venture capital firms and angels across the world.
