Etisalat has announced an offer allowing its subscribers to trade in their iPhone 5s for Apple’s next model.
The company announced this at an event to mark the unveiling of the iPhone 5s in Lagos.
Charles Ogunwuyi, director, Retail Sales at Etisalat Nigeria, said the network is partnering with Apple in Nigeria.
“Our partnership with Apple Inc is a match of two innovative giants. It acknowledges our sustained investment in network infrastructure and capacity to ensure consistent quality of service. There is no doubt that the iPhone 5s will be at its best while running on the Etisalat network,” he said.
In addition to the trade-in option, individuals who buy an iPhone 5s will also enjoy a 12-month warranty.
“Apple chose to partner with Etisalat Nigeria in acknowledgement of the quality of its network and service offerings that would optimise user experience on the iPhone 5s,” Ogunwuyi said.
He said the iPhone 5s is now available at the network’s Experience Centres across the nation.
