South African mobile operator MTN has launched its Mobile Money Visa Card, giving subscribers unlimited swipes and no monthly card fees.
“We’re now letting you do even more with your Mobile Money account. You can now get your very own Mobile Money Visa Card, available from any Pick n Pay or Boxer store,” MTN said.
A background check is required and the card is activated within 72 hours of application.
“We encourage you to move to the better way to do your banking and enjoy the benefits that come with it,” the operator said.
The card also allows users to withdraw money from ATMs around the country.
