Samsung has launched the Galaxy K Zoom in Ghana with a selfie competition that will give participants a shot at fame.
The ru K Zoom Selfie Ready competition is based on the Selfie Alarm feature on the Galaxy K Zoom.
Participants will take selfies and post them on Samsung social media platforms in order to stand the chance of being on a Samsung billboard.
According to the company, the Galaxy K Zoom is slimmer than the Galaxy S4 Zoom and has most of the smartphone features of Galaxy S5. Its 4.8-inch Super AMOLED screen further improves viewing.
“The K Zoom has been crafted for portability, fun, ease and captures brilliant images and videos. It also comes stocked with the best apps and functions for dynamic consumers on the move,” said Jaspreet Singh, business leader for Handheld Products, Samsung. “The Galaxy K Zoom allows consumers to capture moments with an amazing 10x optical zoom and still stay connected and productive.”
The device is being offered with a 24-month warranty.
