Forget.me extends management of right to be forgotten requests to Bing

Reputation VIP’s Forget.me, the online platform that offers ‘Right to be Forgotten’ services, has added Bing to the list of platforms it serves.

This became effective following the implementation of Bing’s Right to be Forgotten form.

Forget.me in a statement said individuals can now submit URL removal requests not only to Google, but also to Bing  and, as a result of simultaneous request management, one filled-in form suffices for both search engines.

Bertrand Girin, chief executive officer (CEO) of Forget.me and Reputation VIP, had earlier said: “If Bing and Yahoo get their Right to be Forgotten forms in order, we’ll be able to provide you with the possibility of submitting your URL to all three search engines at the same time.”

According to Forget.me, the service has already proved itself useful as a result of its simplicity, the legal aspect facilitated by pre-written texts, and regular follow-up.

“Simultaneous submission to both search engines saves you even more time. No more filling out multiple forms that were hard to find in the first place! Forget.me makes your Right to be Forgotten requests easier, quicker and more conclusive,” it said.
