Marian Shinn, shadow minister of communications for the Democratic Alliance (DA), is set to lay criminal charges against Dina Pule, South Africa’s communications minister.
Shinn will lay the charges against Pule later this morning at 11am.
Speaking to HumanIPO, Shinn said: “We’re asking the police to investigate possible corruption and, if they find sufficient evidence, to charge her. A release will be distributed after we have visited the police.”
The charges are expected to relate to alleged corruption connected to appointments made at the Department of Communications and other bodies.
