The Customer Experience Management (CEM) conference kicked off in Cape Town today, with various speakers on a variety of topics, including technology, which influences customer satisfaction.
Keynote speakers on day one (April 24) include Paul Galatis, co-founder and marketing director of Yuppiechef and Justin Cornish, a senior lawyer. Day one also features panel discussions and workshops on customer service and experience.
Day two’s (April 25) keynote speakers include Natasha Anthony from Old Mutual, Yugeshree Frylinck from Edcon, Graham McLeod from Nashua Communications, Michael Renzon from inQuba, Sumesh Rahavendra and Alistair Kind. Day two will also feature panel discussions.
