Warren Buffett’s number two in command Charlie Munger has said he is not contemplating joining the social media platform after his boss joined Twitter last week.
Charlie Munger, who is 89 years old, said the social media world was too fast and he was not ready to cope with it.
“No, certainly not. That’s not my milieu. I don’t like too many things going on at once,” said Munger in an interview with Reuters.
According to Munger the different paths taken by him and Buffet does not mean their are any disagreements between the two who have worked together for decades.
“We have practically no disagreements. That’s just the way the chemistry has worked,” Munger added.
Berkshire Hathway Chairman Warren Buffett caused a stir last week when he announced he had joined Twitter with his first tweet.
Followers added him at a rate of 1,000 per minute and he currently has more than 388,000.
Buffett was welcomed by the likes of Barrack Obama to Twitter.

Since his entry into the social media platform the business mogul has posted twice and follows no one.
But even as Munger seeks to stay out of new media an account already exists with strict privacy requirements such as only approved followers can access the tweets or see the followers on the account.
And as social media continues to rattle the business community it is just time till we see how much of social media corporate can stay without.
