Bank of Africa Tanzania has launched its B-Web Smart mobile e-banking service, enabling customers to make online money transactions at all times.
Customers can access the service by using a smartphone after filling out the B-Web application form at any Bank of Africa office.
“B-Web smart customers are required to undergo a simple exercise by filling the B -Web application form available at all of the bank’s 19 branches… thereafter the registered customers will have to visit http://www.bwebsmart.com using their connected internet smartphone ready to access the services,” said Bank of Africa Tanzania e-banking senior manager Cyprian Massawe.
The bank says the system provides transfers of up to TSh1 million and enables customers to send and receive money, according to Daily News.
Senior marketing manager Solomon Haule stressed the service will not only be used at branch level but also across Africa and other parts of the world as well.
