The management of First Bank (FirstBank) Nigeria Limited has said the bank is upgrading to the Finacle 10 banking platform for better service.
The bank’s new upgrade system will enhance banking transactions of all kinds and service delivery to customers, according to Folake Ani-Mumuney, First Bank’s spokesperson.
“A periodic review of our processes to seek ways of upgrading customer experience is an activity that we are passionate about in FirstBank. Consequently, our quest at any given time is to ensure the bank is better positioned to offer efficient services to its over 7 million customers across the globe.”
Finacle 10 provides banking solutions to all financial areas as well as faster service delivery to clients.
Ani-Mumuney added that FirstBank will go on embracing technological changes to support all financial transactions within and outside the nation for excellence service.
“Our Finacle 10 platform will drive operations that support new lines of business and further extend our services to the under-banked and unbanked in the nation,” she said.
