Earlier this month, Apple launched its new mobile operating system iOS6 which will be available on its devices.
The new iOS6 was revealed during the WWDC (World Wide Developer Conference) function held in San Fransisco earlier this week.
During the conference, it Apple said the new operating system will be compatible with iPhone 3GS, 4 and 4S models, 4th generation iPod touch, the iPad 2 and the new iPad.
New developments of the operating system were also announced at the event. This included better Facebook integration, integrated maps and improvement to their wonder app, Siri.
Apple company hasn’t made much inroads in Africa where the Windows system still rules. The company though has established its presence inmost African countries with a version of its website.
There have been talks about the Apple TV. The company already released its set box but they haven’t said if and when they would be releasing their TV.
This year, the company was billed as the most valued company at US$182 billion in the whole world.
