Reports suggest a Windows 8 smart watch is already being used as a prototype, with the wearable tech device competition hotting up.
HumanIPO reported yesterday Apple was on the hunt for new talent as its looks to develop its speculated iWatch in time for a launch next year, and now Among Tech reports the Microsoft device will run on the Windows 8 operating system.
The device will be mostly based on Cloud storage with wrist bands coming in colours including blue, red, yellow, black, white and grey.
The outside of the device, according to Among Tech’s sources, will be made from oxynitride aluminium, which is 80 per cent transparent but four times harder than glass.
