The African Gathering is an annual conference that brings together thinkers, innovators and entrepreneurs who inspire development in technology, health, social networking and good governance in the African Continent.
Without so much focus one industry such as technology, the conference addresses issue that impact the society in the developing world at large. Among two other African Gathering conferences held last year in London and Washington was one that was held in Nairobi, Kenya. Focus was on youth entrepreneurship in technology. The conference was moderated by NTV Business News Anchor Larry Madowo with the primary talking points negotiating between entrepreneurship educations for the youth to providing diverse avenues for financing youth projects.
In two weeks time, the African Gathering Conference will be held in Kampala, Uganda. The conference will bring together Ugandan entrepreneurs and innovators who are going the extra mile to put Uganda on the map as an important avenue for investments in technology.
