Dimension Data, a US$5.8 billion global IT services and solutions provider company based in Johannesburg, South Africa, has received the McAfee Europe Middle East Africa (EMEA) ‘Systems Integrator of the Year 2012 award.’
Each year, McAfee, world’s leading dedicated security technology company, honours its top partners.
It is only in 2011 when McAfee signed its first Global Solution Provider Agreement with Dimension Data, further showing that this has been a great year for the partnership between the two global companies.
In addition, McAfee named Dimension Data Global Partner of the Year, and EMEA Systems Integration Partner of the Year.
“Prior to signing the Global Solution Provider agreement with McAfee last year, Dimension Data was a committed local and multi-regional McAfee Elite Partner for over ten years,” Sean Duffy, the General Manager for Dimension Data Security Solutions EMEA, said.
Duffy said: “Our long-standing history of collaboration – particularly around global and multinational opportunities – means Dimension Data is able to effectively and reliably secure the operating environments of our local and global clients using McAfee’s leading security technologies.“
Duffy added that when it comes to information security, there is little “margin for error.”
