Nigerian e-commerce site Konga.com has begun a price match guarantee on its electronics goods, allowing customers to compare the prices from other sites.
Konga said the goal of the initiative is to ensure that the prices of its products on display are the cheapest and most affordable.
“This new offering is called the Konga.com “Price Match Guarantee” which ensures that in addition to fast delivery, pay on delivery, best quality of goods and other benefits of shopping on Konga.com, customers will always get the lowest prices for electronics anywhere in Nigeria,” Konga stated.
To use the service, customers that buy selected products can check the prices on other sites within 48 hours to participate.
If the prices on other sites are lower, Konga said the balance would be refunded.
