Stream Global Services has bought Tunisia-based N2SP Tunisie, allowing it to provide hotline maintenance, technical support and customer services through chat and email
Stream said it will retain the leadership team of the business process outsourcing (BPO) company to promote continuity of services and help employees manage the transition period to the new organisation.
“This acquisition provides Stream with an enhanced presence in the European market and additional expertise in chat and email service offerings,” said Kathy Marinello, Stream chairman and chief executive officer (CEO).
Marinello said: “We are excited to welcome the N2SP team to Stream and look forward to delivering greater value to our clients through enhanced chat and email capabilities.”
Stream and N2SP have worked closely during the due diligence and planning processes to help ensure a smooth and seamless transition for clients and employees.
The terms of the deal between the two companies were however not revealed.
