The Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini has been launched in South Africa and the company today (January 23) revealed the pricing recommendations for the country.
After the announcement of the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini mobile phone, the South Korean based company said the recommended prices for the eight and 16 gigabyte mobile phones are R4,599 (US$512.24) and R4,999 (US$556.79) respectively.
The Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini operates on Andriod 4.1 “Jelly-Bean” and its camera’s primary functionality includes five megapixels.
The memory of the phone is expandable through a micro secure digital (SD) card and has a random access memory (RAM) of one gigabyte.
Weighing in at 111.5 grams, the Samsung S3 Mini consists of hardware that is less powerful than its counterpart, the Samsung Galaxy S3. Those planning on purchasing the mobile phone should not expect the same performance as the larger version.
