Ethiopian Airlines has partnered with travel industry technology provider Rezgateway to launch a fully integrated end-to-end holiday reservation system.
The RezG-Package seeks to enhance the airline’s performance and “Ethiopian Hospitality” customer service.
It includes shopping cart, dynamic fixed packaging capabilities, B2B and B2C reservation, a mid-office system, integration to a payment processing service, affiliate module and call centre module.c
Ashok Senadeera, chief operating officer (COO) of Rezgateway, said Ethiopian Airlines now has a system that will allow any travel inventory provider in Africa to distribute its content worldwide at the click of a button, therefore providing customers worldwide with faster, easier and real-time access to all travel inventory offers.
