MTN Uganda has launched MTN Elite, a loyalty reward programme for its customers including a personalised card and access to a dedicated MTN Relationship Manager.
The operator has added lifestyle partners including Serena Hotel Kampala, Lake Victoria Serena resort and Kenya Airways.
“At MTN Uganda, we appreciate our customers and are committed to delivering propositions and services that enable us give back to them,” said Ernst Fonternel, MTN chief marketing officer. “The MTN Elite program will deliver a superior brand journey for its high value customers, by creating memorable brand moments for them.”
MTN Uganda has 8.4 million subscribers in the East African country and has operated there for 15 years.
