MTN Ghana apologises for poor service delivery

MTN Ghana has apologised for network disruption caused by a fibre cable cut on the Accra and Suhun, with engineers currently working to fix the problem.

The operator released a statement yesterday confirming customers in the Eastern Region were having challenges accessing voice, data and SMS services on MTN network.

The affected areas include Koforidua, Suhum, Aburi and Mamfe Nsawam.

“MTN network engineers are currently on the ground working to resolve the issue,” it said. “We sincerely apologies for any inconvenience caused.”
