Nintendo launch Wii Street U

Nintendo has launched Wii Street U, a Google Maps-style app, making it available for free on the Wii U in Europe and North America.

Developed by Google and available on Nintendo’s eShop, the software allows the user to navigate around favourite hotspots using the GamePad screen, with the ability to enter a mode similar to Google Street View and move around.

The new app is available for free for a limited time only, with users having to pay for it after March 31.
