Space fanatics around the world will be able to interact with orbiting astronauts as NASA hosts a Google+ Hangout from on Friday (tomorrow) from 10.30am-11.30am EDT.
Selected questions from Facebook, YouTube and Google+ followers will be answered by astronauts Kevin Ford, Chris Hadfield and Tom Marshburn in space and on earth, as well as NASA scientists, engineers and managers through video streaming in real-time.
The space crew hope to provide insight on the various science experiments, maintenance routines and the challenges of daily activities with a lack of gravity.
Directly accessible through NASA’s Google + page, the universal broadcast will also be loaded on to YouTube.
Questions from the Twitter hashtag #askAstro and NASA’s Facebook page will be taken into account.
