Cellfind’s managing director Jacques Swanepoel said the partnership will bring a low-cost but effective solution to the market.

The partnership creates a hosted end-to-end location based solutions (LBS) and can use wireless networks for the services. TeleCommunication will integrate its solutions with Cellfind’s LBS application.
