Huawei has said it will focus on strengthening its role in the enterprise market by focusing on enterprise ICT solutions and integrating with the global ecosystem.
The company says the enterprise market will remain the core element of the company’s strategic development plans, with sales revenue increasing three fold in the next four years.
This it says it will achieve by creating product lines covering various IT fields, such as enterprise networks, information technology, unified communication and collaboration, and enterprise wireless technology.
“Huawei Enterprise is committed to ICT solutions with a strong focus on infrastructure in key markets.” said William Xu, chief executive officer (CEO) of Huawei Enterprise Business Group.
According to Huawei’s president of marketing and solutions Patrick Zhang, the company is also aiming for a more comprehensive product and solution portfolio than its competitors.
“To enable Huawei Enterprise to quickly respond to market needs, we concentrate our resources on developing advanced and value- added products, contributing to the enhanced competitiveness of the business group and bringing technology breakthroughs to the enterprise market,” said Zhang.
The ICT solutions provider also says it will focus on adopting a win-win partnership strategy to address operational challenges in collaboration with channel partners, which it says will help deliver products, solutions and services to customers.
The number of channel partners is expected to increase from the 3,500 it had at the end of 2012 to 5,400 by December this year.
Huawei says its cloud engine data centre will be deployed to over 50 enterprise markets worldwide to service key industries like finance, education and internet service providers.
“Huawei is always in pursuit of excellence and we are dedicated to being a better ICT partner that offers a better way for global enterprises to achieve greater business success,” said Xu.
